Is one performing Hajj considered a Musafir or a Muqeem?

Does one remain a Musafir (Traveller) while performing Hajj or does he become a Muqeem (Resident)? If he remains a Musafir, then would it be incumbent upon him to perform an animal sacrifice (Qurbani) with his wealth or not? Furthermore, if he performs Salah individually in Mina, Arafah and Muzdalifah, how many Raka’ats will he perform?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

If during the performance of Hajj, one intends to stay in Makkah for 15 days or more, then he must perform his Salah completely in Arafah, Muzdalifah and Mina. And, if he possesses the Nisab, he will have to perform an animal sacrifice for both Hajj and Eid-ul-Adha.
And Allah knows best.
