Qirat in Salath

Can the imam recite any other Qiraat from Qiraat-e-Sab’a except Qiraat-e-Asim in Salath? And if he cannot recite it due to conflicts, he can tell the followers about it and recite it in Salath. Please clarify the issue in either case

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

Although the prayer will be valid anyway, but the cause of uneasiness for the new followers will still remain. Since Khushu’u and Khudhu’u (humbleness and submissiveness) is meant and required in Salath, due to the extra burden paid on reciting other qiraats, Khushu’u and Khudhu’u may also be effected. Recitation of Qirat e Asim in Salath is the Ijmah (consensus) of the Ummah and this is still in practice. Therefore it is better to refrain from reciting other recitations during Salath, while it is obligatory to refrain from reciting from qirat e Shazzah (rare and uncommon).
