We are married and no children Please inform us of a Wazeefa

It is 2 years since we are married and no children. My monthly menses too is not regular. Please inform us of a Wazeefa by doing which we may be blessed with the Ni'math of children.

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

In this context, apart from being repenting over the Sins and making Toba and Isthighfar sincerely, it is essential to be vigilant in performing Salath and reciting Qur'an e Kareem with due care. In addition, after Fajr and Isha Salath recite following two Ayaath 21 times each,
رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِن لَّدُنكَ ذُرِّيَّةً طَيِّبَةً ۖ إِنَّكَ سَمِيعُ الدُّعَاءِ
and
رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِي فَرْدًا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْوَارِثِينَ

with Durood Shareef before and after 3 times and make Dua with utmost attention and concentration. Continue this process for 40 days while having marital relationship during this period. Insha Allah situation will change and the purpose will be served.
As for the irregular monthly periods, it is necessary to contact an expert physician to regularize it.
