The Parts of Animals that are Unlawful for Consumption

Assalamualikum
Which the parts of animals are we not allowed to consume in Islam?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

Wa Alikumussalam Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Of the animals which are lawful to consume, the following six parts are unlawful for consumption: (1) the genitals (2) the testicles (3) the bladder (4) the gall bladder (5) the glands (6) flowing blood.
And Allah knows best.

مأخَذُ الفَتوی

کمافی الدر المختار: (كره تحريما) وقيل تنزيها والأول أوجه (من الشاة سبع الحياء والخصية والغدة والمثانة والمرارة والدم المسفوح والذكر) للأثر الوارد في كراهة ذلك اھ(6/749)۔
وفی الفتاوی الھندیة:امابیان مایحرم اکله من اجزاء الحیوان سبعة: الدم المسفوح، والذکر،والانثیان، والقبل،والغدة والمثانة، والمرارة اھ(5/290)۔
