At what time does the time of Ishraq commences?

At what time does the time of Ishraq commences?

My question is : At what time does the time of Ishraq commence? Is it prohibited to do Sajda from the time sun rises upto the commencement of Ishraq?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
After performing the Fajr Salah, it is not permissible to perform any Nafl Salah until the sun has already risen, whereas, it is permissible to perform Qadha Salah, Sajda-e-Tilawat and Janaza Salah until the sun begins to rise. However, it is not permissible to perform any Salah during the rising of the sun. When the sun has completely risen, the time of Ishraq begins.
