Will the one who dies from stomach pain be counted as a Shaheed?

It has been mentioned in Ahadith that the one who dies from a stomach ailment is a Shaheed (martyr). If someone dies from belly pain, will he be considered as a Shaheed?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

If someone dies from any type of stomach ailment, even stomach pains, he will be a Shaheed in the hereafter. Meaning, his burial rights will be fulfilled after he dies, however he will be given the status of the Shuhada (martyrs) in the hereafter.

کما فی الدر المختار وحاشية ابن عابدين (رد المحتار) : وكل ذلك في الشهيد الكامل، وإلا فالمرتث شهيد الآخرة وكذا الجنب ونحوه، ومن قصد العدو فأصاب نفسه، والغريق والحريق والغريب والمهدوم عليه والمبطون والمطعون والنفساء والميت ليلة الجمعة وصاحب ذات الجنب ومن مات وهو يطلب العلم، وقد عدهم السيوطي نحو الثلاثين(2/ 252)
