Fasting in a country where the Sun rises at 4 pm and sets at 7 pm

Salam What is the arrangement of observing Fasting in a country where the Sun rises at 4 pm and sets at 7 pm?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

Where the sun rises at 4 pm and sets at 7 pm in the month of Ramadhan, there also the Fasting will be from Subah Sadiq to Sunset (Maghrib).

کما في الشامية: تحت(قوله فقد فقد الامران) وفي الصوم قد وجد السبب وهو شهور جزء من الشهر و طلوع فجر کل یوم اھ (1/366) ۔
