How many minutes of precaution should be taken when giving the adhan for Suhoor and Iftar?

What do the esteemed Muftis say regarding the following matter: I have the permanent timetable for prayer times prepared by Professor Abdul Latif. Based on this, I am compiling a permanent prayer and Suhoor/Iftar schedule for the Rajanpur district. I would like to know: How many minutes before Subh Sadiq (true dawn) should the time for Suhoor end? How many minutes after sunset should one wait before breaking the fast and giving the adhan for Maghrib? For example, on March 23, Subh Sadiq in Rajanpur is at 5:00 AM, and sunset is at 6:30 PM. Please clarify: What will be the exact times for Suhoor and Iftar on March 23?

The permanent prayer time charts are usually based on estimations, and a precautionary margin is generally taken into account during their preparation. If the local time at the questioner's location aligns with the chart, then no further precaution is necessary. However, if additional caution is to be taken, then it is better to stop Suhoor (pre-dawn meal) one to two minutes before Fajr (true dawn), and delay Iftar (breaking the fast) by about two minutes after Maghrib (sunset).
