Paying to exchange turns in a comittee

I have put money in a committee in which I will be the 21st person to receive the savings of the committee. I am in dire need of money, so I said to the person holding the 7th position in the committee to exchange places with me and I will happily give him Rs.10,000. Will this be permissible?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

It would be okay to exchange turns with someone else in the committee, however, accepting Rs.10,000 in exchange for this would be Haram and unlawful, and must be avoided.

کما فی صحیح البخاری: عن عائشۃؓ ان سودۃ بن زمعہ وھبت یومہا لعائشہ وکان النبیﷺ یقسم لعائشۃؓ بیومہا ویوم سودۃ الخ. (ج:۲ ص: ۷۸۵)
وکما فی تنویر الابصار: ھو عقل مخصوص یرد علی دفع مال مثلی لآخر لیرد مثلہ وصح فی مثلی لا فی غیرہ الخ. (ج:۵ ص: ۱۴۱)
وکما فی الدر المحتار: کل قرض جر نفعا فھو حرام الخ. (ج:۵ ص: ۱۴۴) واللہ اعلم
