1. If a married woman goes to her parents’ home and she intends to reside there for 10/15 or more days, will she shorten (قصر) her Salah (prayers) there or not?
2. If someone goes to his in-laws’ home, will he shorten his Salah?
3. How will a train-driver or someone working on a train perform Salah? Will they shorten it or not? What about a pilot or someone working on a ship?

If a woman goes to her parents’ home or a man goes to his in-laws’, with the intention to reside there for less than 15 days, and between their homes is the distance of 78km of more, then in that case they mush shorten their Salah. However, if they intend to reside for 15 days or more, then in that case they will perform their Salah fully. Whereas the train-driver, worker, pilot and similarly those working on a ship, will shorten their Salah during their travel.
