what are instructions of Islam about under shave and what is its proper way to do.

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

The limit of shaving the pubic hair is; starting from the first wrinkle below the navel of the abdomen if one sits on squatting posture, male organ, testicles, anus and the surrounding area and hair on thighs that could probably contact the dirt should be shaved by a razor or a sharp instrument. It is Musthahab to do so weekly and Makrooh to leave it up to 40 days. Therefore should refrain from leaving it till 40 Days.

مأخَذُ الفَتوی

في الدر المختار: (و) يستحب (حلق عانته وتنظيف بدنه بالاغتسال في كل أسبوع مرة) والأفضل يوم الجمعة وجاز في كل خمسة عشرة وكره تركه وراء الأربعين اھ (6/ 406)
وفي حاشية ابن عابدين: والعانة الشعر القريب من فرج الرجل والمرأة ومثلها شعر الدبر بل هو أولى بالإزالة لئلا يتعلق به شيء من الخارج عند الاستنجاء بالحجر (2/ 481)
وفي البحر الرائق: والاستحداد حلق العانة سمي استحدادا لاستعمال الحديدة، وهي الموسى، وهو سنة والمراد بالعانة الشعر فوق ذكر الرجل وحواليه إلى السرة (1/ 50)
