Is it possible to visit graveyard and do Fatiha Khwani without Wudhu

Assalamu Alaikum, Is it possible to visit graveyard and do Fatiha Khwani without Wudhu and also what is to be recited in it and how is it to be bestowed upon the dead? Can Sawab be bestowed upon Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam too? What is the time duration for Zawal during the day and night according to the new and former time? Is Namaz to be repeated if one forgets to recite Sura e Fathiha in any one Rak'ath in Sunnath, Nafl, Wajib or Witr? Please send answers to these questions to my email address soon.

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

Yes. It is possible to bestow Sawab to the dead even without Wudhu by reciting whatever is in memory from the Qur’an. Ideal way of doing this is to recite Sura e Ikhlas, Sura e Al Haqumu Ththkaasur and Sura e Fathiha 3,3 times and bestow the Sawab to the dead. And the preferable way of doing it is to first bestow the Sawab to sacred soul of Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam and then to the souls of all Mumin males and females and after that to the soul of whom is intended through the mediation of Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam.
As for the duration of Zawal, it changes every day and it is necessary for the enquirer to have the book DA’IMI NAQSHA E AWQATH E NAMAZ of Professor Abdul Lateef Sahib with him and refer it as and when necessary.
By missing Sura e Fathiha in the said prayers, it becomes Wajib to do Sajda e Sahw . One should repeat these prayers if Sajda e Sahw is not performed and remembered it before the lapse of time of the said prayers. If time lapsed or remembered it late, then it is incumbent to make Toba and Isthighfar, yet, it is safer to repeat it .

ففی مشكاة المصابيح: وعن معقل بن يسار المزني - رضي الله عنه - أن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: «من قرأ (يس) ابتغاء وجه الله تعالى غفر له ما تقدم من ذنبه فاقرؤوها عند موتاكم» . رواه البيهقي في شعب الإيمان(1/ 668)
وفی حاشية ابن عابدين: صرح علماؤنا في باب الحج عن الغير بأن للإنسان أن يجعل ثواب عمله لغيره صلاة أو صوما أو صدقة أو غيرها كذا في الهداية، بل في زكاة التتارخانية عن المحيط: الأفضل لمن يتصدق نفلا أن ينوي لجميع المؤمنين والمؤمنات لأنها تصل إليهم ولا ينقص من أجره شيء اهـ هو مذهب أهل السنة والجماعة۔(2/ 243)
و فی الفقه الإسلامي وأدلته: ويستحب للزائر أن يقرأ سورة {يس} لما ورد عن أنس أنه قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: «من دخل المقابر فقرأ يس ـ أي وأهدى ثوابها للأموات ـ خفف الله عنهم يومئذ، وكان له بعدد ما فيها حسنات» وقال - عليه السلام -: «اقرؤوا على موتاكم يس» اه (2/ 1569)
وفي البحر الرائق: وقوله (ومنع الحدث المس) أي مس القرآن (ومنعهما) أي المس وقراءة القرآن (الجنابة والنفاس) ، وقد تقدم بيان أحكام النفاس اه (1/ 213) والله أعلم بالصواب!
فی الشامیة: صرح علماء فی باب الحج عن الغیر: بأن للانسان ان یجعل ثواب عمله لغیره صلوٰة او صوما او صدقة أو غیرها. الافضل لمن یتصدق نفلا ان ینوی لجمیع المومنین والمومنات لانها تصل الیهم، ولا ینقص من اجره شیء. (ج۲، ص۲۴۳)
