woman getting their unwanted hair removed in a beauty parlour

Assalamu Alaikum! I have the following questions:
1- Can women get their unwanted hair removed, such as underarms, from a beauty parlor?
2- What should they do if they are unable to remove it despite their efforts? Please answer these questions in the light of Sharia. Jazak Allah Khaira.

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

It should be clear that it is essential and necessary for a woman to hide her private parts from other women. Revealing her private parts in front of a woman without a legitimate excuse is not permissible according to Sharia, but rather a major sin, which must be avoided at all costs. Therefore, in situation mentioned in the question, it is not permissible according to Sharia to go to a women's beauty parlor and have her pubic hair removed by any woman, which must be avoided at all costs. However, since the armpit is not a woman's private part, women can have their armpit hair removed by a woman in a beauty parlor. There is no prohibition in Sharia in this.
While the second question is not entirely clear, the questioner may clarify it and resend. Insha Allah, the Sharia ruling will be informed after careful consideration.

مأخَذُ الفَتوی

کما فی الھندیۃ : و یجوز أن ینظر الرجل الرجل الا الی عورتہ ( الی قولہ ) فنقول نظر المرأۃ الی المرأۃ کنظر الرجل الی الرجل کذا فی الذخیرۃ (باب فیما یحل للرجل النظر الیہ ، ج 5 ، ص 327 ، ط : ماجدیہ ) ۔
و فی رد المحتار تحت : ( قولہ و یستحب حلق عانتہ ) قال فی الھندیۃ و یبتدئ من تحت السرۃ و لو عالج بالنورۃ یجوز کذا فی الغرائب و فی الاشباہ و السنۃ فی عانۃ المرأۃ النتف ( قولہ و تنظیف بدنہ ) بنحو ازالۃ الشعر من ابطہ و یجوز فیہ الحلق و النتف أولی ، و فی المجتبی عن بعضھم و کلاھما حسن ( کتاب الحظر و الاباحۃ ، ج 6 ، ص 406 ، ط : سعید ) ۔
