From islamic perspective how is it to work in a bank?

My name is Faraz Ahmed, I have done my M.Com from Karachi University, and I am 23 years old. I live in Malir. How is it to work in a bank from an Islamic perspective?

If the transactions of so-called Islamic banks are not against Sharia and those divisions of non-Islamic banks are not directly related to interest-bearing transactions, then there is a possibility for taking up employment in any bank.
