Assalam o alaikum
Sir I was unable to save my eyes, please tell me some instructions by which I save myself from sins.

In this regard it is better to build an Islahi connection with a pious Murshid (spiritual teacher) who follows the Shari'a strictly and then try to make internal rectification following his opinion. Also it is helpful to read books written about this matter such as BAD NAZARI AUR JADEED THAHQEEQATH, BAD NAZRI KA ILAJ, ISHQ E MAJAZI, BAD NAZAR KA THABAHKARIYAAN etc.etc..
