if we bread janwar for qurbani and he died what we do ? What is order for poor and rich about quarbani. we hear that poor man quarbani is faraz, and for rich man not faraz. please inform with detalies.
الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً
Qurbani is Wajib only upon Rich and one who is Sahib e Nisab (one who owns a required amount of money or assets that qualifies him liable for discharging Zakath) and not on Poor and non-Sahib-e-Nisab. Therefore in the event of getting lost or death of the animal of the Poor it is not Wajib upon him to buy another animal for Qurbani but it is Wajib upon the Rich and Sahib e Nisab.
