if a non-Muslim drinks or eat in the utensil then what is the order

1) I want to know that if a non-Muslim drinks or eat in the utensil then what is the order of shariat to use it, whether a Muslim can reuse it after washing or it is not necessary to wash it.
2) If the edges of a drinking glass or cup or even the eating plate is broken then what is the order of Shariat to use it

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

1. If no utensil other than that which is used by a non-Muslim is available then there is allowance to wash and utilize the same which was used by the non-Muslim.
2. It is Makrooh to drink from the sides of the broken edges of the utensil and there is no harm in drinking from the sound edges.
