doctors suggest Abortion because of the conditions of that wome

Assalam-0-Alikum Warahmatullah, Respected Mufti Sahab, It is a little urgent, I want to know if a women is week in health and recently had a delivery of a child, but she feel to be be pragnent again and she is advised by the doctors that she should have an abortion, I want to know is it allowed to do this or Haram? the women still want to carry that chiled but the doctors suggest Abortion because of the conditions of that women, Kindly response me on early bases. Jazakallah.

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

With regard to the prohibition of abortion after being sensing the life or signs of life in fetus, there is no excuse at all in Shari'a since the only difference between a living being and live fetus is nothing but one is living in the world and the other one is encased in the covered womb. Therefore in this scenario it is impermissible and Haram unanimously whereas abortion before four months, it is Impermissible and Haram to do so without a valid excuse. However there are some allowances due to some valid excuses such as drying off of woman's milk due to pregnancy and inability to arrange other means to feed the first baby, or, warning of a skilled expert doctor that continuing with the pregnancy is extremely risky to lose the life or some parts of the body of either mother or the expectant baby.
