Who does not believe that Jesus was raised to skies

Assalam o Alikum
my question is that: a person believing in one God and considers Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ as the last Prophet of God, practices all rituals as other Muslims and all beliefs like other Muslims but considers Hazrat Eesa (AS) to be dead
and does not believe that Jesus was raised to skies, is he Muslim or outside folds of Islam?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

Living of Hazrath Isa Alaihis Salam, raising him to the heavens and his descention to earth prior to Qiyama are, all established by Qur'an e Majeed, successively narrated Ahadees and consensus of Ummah. Therefore, one who negates this is out of the fold of Islam whereas view of some Ulama about the refutation, is based on false and misrepresentation and is clear fabrication, abstinence from which is essential
