who does not perform daily Namaz even does not keep fasting during Ramadan

Assalamu Aalikum I have a colleague in the office who does not perform daily Namaz, Namaz of Jumma and, to the extent that even he does not keep fasting during Ramadan. All other collegues do explain him a lot and tell him various Ahadees but no effect is reflected on him. He says that he is of offsprings of Muslim parents and that he is a Muslim. Inform us what Shari'ath says with regard to such a person?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

While taking care of your own Salath and other Ibadaath, should be careful in making arrangements in doing Dua particularly with concentration and persuading and encouraging him on and off. Insha Allah definitely changes will take place. May the benevolent Allah give us Thowfeeq to become His sincere servants as he has become a very big sinner due to our shortcomings.
