marriage with a foster sister

Assalamu Alaikum, rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu!
My question is that my cousin once drank my mother's milk, just once, that too under duress, now he is coming to propose me for marriage. Is this marriage permissible or not? I wanted information about this, please answer quickly.

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

In the case mentioned, if the cousin of the questioner drank her mother’s milk during the period of breastfeeding, then based on this, he has become the foster son of questioner’s mother and the foster brother of all siblings including the questioner. Just as marriage with a real brother is not permissible, similarly marriage with a foster brother is also not permissible according to Sharia. Therefore, the marriage of the said cousin with any of her sisters including the questioner is impermissible and forbidden in Sharia, which should be avoided.

مأخَذُ الفَتوی

کما فی الفتاوی الھندیۃ: يحرم على الرضيع أبواه من الرضاع وأصولهما وفروعهما من النسب والرضاع جميعا حتى أن المرضعة لو ولدت من هذا الرجل أو غيره قبل هذا الإرضاع أو بعده أو أرضعت رضيعا أو ولد لهذا الرجل من غير هذه المرأة قبل هذا الإرضاع أو بعده أو أرضعت امرأة من لبنه رضيعا فالكل إخوة الرضيع وأخواته وأولادهم أولاد إخوته وأخواته وأخو الرجل عمه وأخته عمته وأخو المرضعة خاله وأختها خالته وكذا في الجد والجدة الخ 343/1 کتاب الرضاع ط ماجدیہ)۔
وفی الدرالمختار: (فيحرم منه) أي بسببه (ما يحرم من النسب) رواه الشيخان،الخ 213/3 باب الرضاع ط سعید)۔
