Will a conditional divorce upon entering a house come into effect after the death of the owner of the house?

My cousin and uncle had an argument. During the argument, my cousin said, "If I enter your house, then I give three divorces to my wife". Now that my uncle has passed away, will my cousin's wife be divorced if he enters my uncle's house?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

Due to the aforementioned words, the divorce has been tied to a condition. However, after the death of the questioner's uncle, the house does not belong to him anymore and is now in the ownership of his inheritors. If the questioner's cousin enters the house, the conditional divorce upon his wife will not come into effect.
