What do the esteemed muftis say regarding this matter: For those disabled individuals who perform their prayers while sitting on a chair, if they place a chair in the middle of the prayer row (saff) and pray, will this invalidate the prayers of others in the row or not? Kindly clarify.
If disabled individuals who pray on a chair place their chair in the middle of the row (saff) and perform their prayer, this does not affect the validity of the prayers of others. However, those praying on chairs should place them at the edges of the rows rather than in the middle, so that the alignment of the rows is not disrupted and other worshippers are not inconvenienced.

و في الدر المختار: وينبغي أن يأمرهم بأن يتراصوا ويسدوا الخلل ويسووا مناكبهم ويقف وسطا اھ (1/ 568) والله اعلم بالصواب
