Ruling on Prayer in the Case of Continuous Passing of Gas

I have been suffering from a stomach problem for quite some time, due to which gas keeps passing repeatedly. Today, during wudu, my wudu broke. I performed wudu again and prayed half of the salah, then my wudu broke again. In this situation, what is the ruling regarding the prayer?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

If, due to this stomach condition, the questioner experiences the passing of gas so continuously that throughout the entire prayer time he does not get even a pause sufficient to perform wudu and offer the obligatory prayer, then he is considered Islamically excused (mazur). In such a case, it is obligatory for him to perform a new wudu at the beginning of each obligatory prayer time. With that wudu, he may offer as many obligatory and voluntary prayers as he wishes within that prayer time, and his wudu will not break due to the passing of gas. However, if any other nullifier of wudu occurs, his wudu will break. Likewise, when the prayer time ends, his wudu will automatically end, and it will be necessary to perform a new wudu for the next prayer time. But if this condition is not continuous, and there is a pause in between during which he can perform wudu and offer the obligatory prayer, then he will not be regarded as Islamically excused. In that case, it is obligatory for him to wait and offer the prayer in a proper state of wudu.

كما فی الدّر: (وصاحب عذر من به سلسل) بول لا یمكنه إمساكه (أو استطلاق بطن أو انفلات ریح او استحاضة) او بعینه رمد أو عمش أو غرب وكذا كل ما یخرج بوجع ولو من اذن وشدی وسرة (إن استوعب عذره تمام وقت صلاة مفروة) بأن لا یجد فی جمیع وقتها زمنا یتوضأ ویصلی فیه خالیا عن الحدث (ولو حكما).
وفی الشامیة تحت (قوله أو انفلات ریح) هو من لا یملك جمع مقعدته لاسترخاء فیها نهر. (ج۱، ص۳۰۵)-
