go to Masjid or perform Namaz in the office without any excuse?

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmathullahi wa Barakathuhu Sir, special Dua is requested from you. What is to be asked is that there are two mosques in the close proximity of our office within 5 minutes distance. How is it to conduct Jama'ath or perform Namaz in the office without any excuse? Is it permissible or impermissible?
We have Jama'ath Namaz in our office and it is conducted by whoever likes and no person is appointed for it. It doesn't ooccur to perform Namaz behind the person who conducts Namaz and nobody else is also ready to conduct it. Self and some other collegues go to mosque and perform Namaz leaving behind the Jama'ath Namaz in the office. How is it, my doing this? How is it to perform Namaz behind a person, behind whom one does not like to perform Namaz? If one is compelled to perform due to an excuse will the Namaz be accepted? Under which grounds it becomes Ja'iz to conduct Namaz in the office or home while the mosque is close by?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

It is not correct to make it a practice to leave the congregational Salath in the Masjid and conduct Jama’ath in the office etc., without a valid excuse. However if anyone does so although he gets the Sawab of the Jama’ath, yet, he will be a sinner and will be deprived of the Sawab of the Masjid. As for the questioner’s going to Masjid to perform the Salath leaving the Jama’ath in the office is concerned, it is permissible and rather preferable. But if the person who conducts the Salath in the office is not qualified to do so due to debauchery and immorality etc., in such a circumstance it is more preferable and better to perform Salath in Masjid even though in such a compelled situation Salath will be valid with detestation if one is happened to perform Salath behind a such person.
