What do the respected Muftis say regarding the following issue: Can a non-Muslim give charity or donation to a madrasah (Islamic school) in the same way a Muslim gives it? And is it permissible for the madrasah to accept such an amount from a non-Muslim, which he is offering from his side?
If a non-Muslim’s intention behind giving such a donation is not to place Muslims under an obligation or to show off his favor upon them, but rather to participate in a charitable cause, then it is undoubtedly permissible and correct for the concerned madrasah to accept such a donation and use it for its expenses.
