4 Rakats Sunnah before the Jumma Salah

4 Rakats Sunnah before the Jumma Salah

I live in Ajman. In Ajman, the Khutba begins as soon as the time for Salah comes in and there is no time to perform the 4 Rakats Sunna. We can only perform these 4 Rakats Sunnat before the time for Salah comes in or after Salah. My question is what is the law for performing the 4 Rakats Sunnat before the time of the Zuhr Salah comes in?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

If due to the commencing of the Khutba, the questioner dosn't get the opportunity to perform 4 Rakats Sunnah before the Jumma Salah, then he should perform it after the Jumma Salah.

مأخَذُ الفَتوی

ففی الفتاوى الهندية: وأما الأربع قبل الظهر إذا فاتته وحدها بأن شرع في صلاة الإمام ولم يشتغل بالأربع فعامتهم على أنه يقضيها بعد الفراغ من الظهر مادام الوقت باقيا وهو الصحيح هكذا في المحيط اھ (1/ 112) واللہ أعلم بالصواب!
