What do the respected Ulama say about woman doing employment during this era? Please reply with details

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent and the Most Merciful
It is not permissible for women to leave home without a necessity, however due to a helplessness if happened to leave, they should adorn with full Parda and leave, accompanying a Mehram. If there is some one who is responsible for her maintenance, it is not at all permission at any cost to leave for employment without any helplessness or without the permission of husband. Doing so is a very severe Sin and there are stern punishments recorded in Ahadees for such women, hence it is essential to refrain from it. However if there is any special compelled situation, resend the question to Darul Iftha, Jamia Binoria, explaining same along with complete set up of the household situation so that Insha Allah that could also be perused.
