I want to get fatwa about my job. I work with one of the NGOs

Respected Mufti Sahib,
Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah,
I want to get fatwa about my job. I work with one of the NGOs which is operation in Afghanistan and establishing governmental and Civil Organizations and strengthening the capacity of Local government officials. This NGO is funded by USAID (America). I am working as IT supervisor with this organization and I feel that I should not work with them as they are working for establishing non Islamic government in Afghanistan although I saw a FATWA on DARUL ULOM DEOBAND Website that it is permitted to work with NGOs unless they are involved directly in activities against Muslim and Islam.
But the work in specific I do is not something against Muslims and Islam, it is welfare and reconstruction work. But in general we are supporting USA strategies and future plan.
Please guide me in light of Quran and Sunnah whether to leave this job or continue,

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent and the Most Merciful
If the objectives of the NGOs are solely helping the needy and poor and development work, then to be employed with them is, in itself, permissible. But if it is known for certain that these NGOs are involved in activities against Islam; and, conspire behind the curtain in weakening Muslims; trying to desert them from Islam; giving air to immodesty, obscenity and indecency ( which is also the truth in fact) then it is impermissible and Haram as per the Shari’a to be employed in such NGOs.

مأخَذُ الفَتوی

كما فی تكملة فتح الملهم: أن الأمر بالاستعانة بالمشركين موكول إلى مصلحة الإسلام والمسلمين فان كان يؤمن عليهم من الفساد وكان في الاستعانة بهم مصلحة فلا بأس بذلك إن شاء الله تعالى إذا كان حكم الإسلام هو الظاهر ويكون الكفار تبعاً للمسلمين اھ (۳/ ۲۶۹)
وفى عمدة القاري شرح صحيح البخاري: وقال المهلب: كره أهل العلم ذلك إلا للضرورة بشرطين: أحدهما: أن يكون عمله فيما يحل للمسلم، والآخر: أن لا يعينه على ما هو ضرر على المسلمين اھ (12/ 94)
