The ruling on performing oral sex.

My friend works at a hotel. He is not legally residing in the United States, and because of this, he is paid less than the rate normally required for the job, as he cannot legally work in order to earn a decent amount of money. In this situation, if he were to steal money—not a large amount, but only an amount proportionate to what he considers his fair wages—simply so that he can live comfortably, would he be permitted to do so?
Question 2: In Islam, are a husband and wife permitted to perform oral sex on each other, including licking each other’s private and sensitive areas?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

In the situation described, since the petitioner’s friend accepted employment with the aforementioned hotel owner at the agreed-upon wage, he is required to work for that agreed-upon wage. Therefore, it is not Islamically permissible for him to steal any additional amount beyond the agreed-upon wage, and he must refrain from doing so. However, if he is finding it difficult to meet his living expenses, he should request an increase in his wages through discussion and negotiation with the hotel owner.
As for a husband and wife kissing or licking each other’s private parts, this is not only contrary to human nature but is also highly inappropriate; therefore, it should be avoided.

کما فی سنن النسائی : قال رسول اللہﷺ لا یزنی الزانی حین یزنی وھو مؤمن، ولا یسرق السارق حین یسرق وھو مؤمن ولا یشرب الخمر حین یشرب وھو مؤمن ثم التوبۃ معروضۃ بعد الخ
وفیہ ایضاً : عن ابی ھریرۃ رضی اللہ عنہ قال قال رسول اللہﷺ لعن اللہ السارق یسرق البیضۃ فتقطع یدہ ویسرق الحبل فتقطع یدہ الخ (کتاب قطع السارق، ص984، حدیث4873،ط: بشری)۔
وفی النتف فی الفتاوی : فان کانت الاجرۃ دراھم أو دنانیر فینبغی أن یبین المقدار فحسب ویکفیہ ذالک وھو جائز إن کان معجلا أو مؤجلا بین الاجل الخ (کتاب الاجارۃ، ص342، ط:سعید)۔
وفی الھندیۃ : فی النوازل إذا أدخل الرجل ذکرہ فی فم إمرأتہ قد قیل یکرہ وقد قیل بخلافہ کذا فی الذخیرۃ الخ (کتاب الکراھیۃ، الباب الثلاثون فی المتفرقات، ج5، ص372، ط: ماجدیۃ)۔
و فی الفقہ الإسلامی وأدلتہ : وربما کان اسوأ من الدبر وضع الذکر فی فم المرأۃ ونحوہ مما جآءنا من شذوذ الغربیین فیکون ذالک حراما لثبوت ضررہ وقبحہ شرعاً وذوقاً الخ ( کتاب الحظر والإباحۃ ، ج 3، ص 546 ، ط : رشیدیۃ )۔
