What do religious scholars say about the following matter? Our brother-in-law was an employee of Siddique Sons and was martyred in Pak Colony on August 18th becoming a victim of terrorism? The company he worked for, has insured all the employees of the company. Now, in the event of his death, the insurance company wants to pay the insurance money to the heirs of the deceased. The question is, is it permissible for the heirs of the deceased to take this money and use it?
الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً
If the company has taken the aforementioned insurance policy for all its employees, and the company itself pays the premium, and after the employee's death the company gives all this money to his relatives, then it is undoubtedly permissible and correct for the heirs of the deceased to take and use this money.
