Ruling on a Partner Doing His Personal Work

What do the respected scholars and jurists say regarding this issue: We have started a business in which we are three partners. Before business hours, after business hours, or even during business hours, can I buy or take on credit similar items from another shop (within the same line of work) and sell them on my own? And I do not want to inform my partners about this, because it is possible that some negative thoughts may arise in their hearts. I am compelled to do this because I am in greater need of money, whereas both of them are financially stronger and have other businesses as well. I neither want to use any of their belongings nor is my intention theft or deception; I simply do not want to inform them. Is this permissible for me? Please explain and you will be rewarded.

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

If doing personal work does not affect the partnership business, and it is not done during the business hours of the partnership, nor is it against the terms of the partnership agreement, then in such a case, without any doubt, it is permissible and valid for the questioner to carry out his personal work.
