Please guide me has divorce occurred because of divorce or not?

If the statement is factually correct and based on the truth, no misrepresentation or falsehood has been used in it, and the mentioned words 'Talaq' have been pronounced by the husband himself, then three divorces have occurred on the questioner, and it has been proved that the irrevocable divorce has taken place, and the rest of the divorces have been annulled due to the lack of necessity. Now it cannot be revoked, and there can be no remarriage without Halala e Shar’ia. So it is necessary for both of them to separate from each other immediately and not to establish marital relationship, else, both of them will be committing a severe sin. The questioner is free to marry in any other place as her wish after the completion of her period of Iddat.
کمافی الدر المختار: وللحافظ ابن القيم الحنبلي رسالة في طلاق الغضبان قال فيها: إنه على ثلاثة أقسام: أحدها أن يحصل له مبادئ الغضب بحيث لا يتغير عقله ويعلم ما يقول ويقصده، وهذا لا إشكال فيه.اھ(ج3 ص244 کتاب الطلاق ط: سعید)۔
وفی رد المحتار تحت (قوله وركنه لفظ مخصوص) هو ما جعل دلالة على معنى الطلاق من صريح أو كناية فخرج الفسوخ على ما مر، وأراد اللفظ ولو حكما ليدخل الكتابة المستبينة وإشارة الأخرس والإشارة إلى العدد بالأصابع في قوله أنت طالق هكذا كما سيأتي.اھ(ج3 ص230 کتاب الطلاق ط: سعید)۔
وفی الفتاوى الهندية: فالذي يعود إلى العدد أن يطلقها ثلاثا في طهر واحد بکلمۃ واحدۃ أو بكلمات متفرقة أو يجمع بين التطليقتين في طهر واحد بكلمة واحدة أو بكلمتين متفرقتين فإذا فعل ذلك وقع الطلاق وكان عاصيا.اھ(ج1 ص349 کتاب الطلاق ط: ماجدیۃ)۔
