If I buy a land or a house, and sell it after a day or two, how much profit is permissible in it?
How much money is permissible in a land transaction that a person sells a land to another?
Is it permissible to sell or trade land or property and is it permissible to take profit? And if one person takes a property for another, can the first person who takes the property for the other, take money in it?
It should be clear that there is no specific limit to taking profit from property and other businesses. One can take a little or a lot. However, taking such a large profit that it is considered too much by the businessmen and traders is called gross injustice according to Sharia, and gross injustice is abhorrent and forbidden, and it is necessary to avoid it. Similarly, taking one's own wages or commission for working for someone else is also permissible, but this should be determined in advance.
