How is it to name “Almeer” and “Irtaza”?

Are the names Muhammad Almeer, Muhammad Irtiza, and Muhammad Hamzah correct?

الجوابُ حامِدا ًو مُصلیِّا ً

Among the names mentioned in the question, “Hamzah” means lion or brave. Therefore, keeping this name is not only permissible but also blessed, as it was the name of the noble uncle of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and a great Companion (رضي الله عنه).
As for “Irtaza”, its meanings include to like, to approve, to choose, and “Almeer” in the Arabic language means food provisions or ration. Hence, in terms of meanings, there is no inherent impermissibility in either of these two names (Irtaza and Almeer). However, it is more appropriate and preferable to name children after the Companions (رضي الله عنهم أجمعين) and the righteous personalities of the Ummah, and this practice should be given due consideration.

کما فی سنن أبی داؤد: حدثنا عمرو بن عون (إلی قولہ) عن أبی الدرداء قال قال رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم إنکم تدعون یوم القیامۃ بأسماءکم وأسماء آباءکم فأحسنوا أسماءکم، الحدیث(باب فی تغییر الاسماء، ج 2، ص 328، ط: امدادیۃ)۔
وفی الفتاوی الھندیۃ: وفي الفتاوى التسمية باسم لم يذكره الله تعالى في عباده ولا ذكره رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم و لا استعمله المسلمون تكلموا فيه والأولى أن لايفعل، كذا في المحيط الخ(الباب الثانی والعشرون فی تسمیۃ الأولاد الخ، ج 5، ص 362، ط: ماجدیۃ)۔
